So looks like my KK account has been given a perm ban? Has my arch nemesis Stegg or whatever he's called been reinstated as a mod or something? ???

Looking into it now. We had a MASSIVE attack of spam bots in the past few days and I've banned well over 200 accounts, as such I probably set a slightly over enthusiastic ban trigger. Apologies and should be fixed soon.

*Should* be all fixed. Looks like I accidently added a wildcard on ban triggers that went a little nuts. Trigger is now removed and your account should automatically be unbanned. Once again my apologies but I've spent a massive amount of time dealing with the bots and had a feeling it would affect something legit ;) If anyone else gets any problems just post in this thread, which I'm moving to website feedback for now :)

Aye, I got suddenly banned as well. Glad it is all fixed again.
How are people supposed to post in here if they are banned though? Especially lazy people like me that can't be bothered to create a second account.

Reason there were accidental bans is because one of the spammers is using the email of xxxx.xxx.xx.x.xxx.xx.x@gmail.com (obviously the x's change with each new account). As using that many periods in an email is virtually unheard of I decided that using a trigger of *.*.*.*@gmail.com would catch a bunch, but it turns out that the forum removed all the wildcards and periods and banned everyone that uses gmail (which actually included myself but thankfully mods can't ban themselves).
This *should* be the only screw up that I made (I had a feeling at the time that such frivolous usage of wildcards might have some problems), so hopefully nobody will need to make another account. Just to note though, you guys have all been here for a LONG time and as such you're pretty safe from bans except for really dumb stuff (like posting warez, porn in non NSFW areas). If anyone ever DOES get a ban then please work on the assumption that it was a mistake and just contact me or any other staff and get them to check it out ;)

why the fuck are you using a proxy for this site you faggot.

Yeah, if the proxy you're using is private you can give me the external IP address of the proxy and I'll remove it. However, if it's been banned before because a bot used it (most likely reason) then it's probably a public proxy I would guess.

i have a few appz that start with startup and swap proxies automatically..sumtimes i shut it off and sumtimes i dont..
@shwag...i couldnt give u a ip addy cause there random generated ones..some are for anaony proxys and other is not etc..im guessing the anony ones are tor related
some neat appz around these days ;)
