Title: Dreamcast ISOs 1:1?

i read at another forum that in order to rip the games urself, u need basic knowledge of downsampling and such.  does that mean the ISOs available online aren't 1:1?  they have downgraded FMV and such?

some are 1:1, but a lot have downsampled movies and/or music.

it's not like the ps2 rip scene tho, most of the time all the content is there, with a few exceptions.
