Copying DVD with a CD-R or CD-RW Burner

I recieved an email saying there is software on how to copy DVD's without a DVD burner but I would like to know what you people think. The software is called DVD Wizard but i don't have a link for it but i recived it through a Hotmail account. I think thats impossible.

CD drives cant read DVDs
CD wrters cant read DVDs
doubt they can burn to a blank dvd disc

He doesn't realize that it's physically inpossible for the laser in cddrives to read dvds.
