Well sonce i figured Ryan Reynolds sucked, this movie wiuld suck.

But it didn't it was actually pretty creative in the way it introduced Deadpool. And i think it was smart to make it Rated R. I don't think it would came even close to capturing the essence of the comic.

Guess we wait for the sequel.

Saw it this weekend. Enjoyed it. Good mixture of comedy and action without the need for a ton of invested mythology and scowling that seems to persist in the current Marvel films.
At some points it seems a little try-hard on the fart jokes, but overall I liked it more than those bits annoyed me. If anything its success can hopefully steer future superhero franchises toward more adult oriented and "fun" orientations.

Great movie, loved every bit of it.
Can't wait for the sequel.
