Phero, I'd try clearing your cache and logging out from the forum and back in. Maybe just deleting theisonews from your cookies as well to be sure. Make sure Chrome is up to latest. I'm using Chrome on Windows 7 and have not had any issues.

We've offered to have them merge back with us but JayRoe is his own man apparently. I agree that we should merge back together. Better to have one small community than two really small communities.

The split was so stupid, and action over here died down a lot when it happened, all because a few vain members wanted to update the forum to include images in their posts. Isoleeted just doesn't feel right to me.

Fucking chat is not working again for me. I type in the box, hit the button and the text just disappears.

Latest Chome here, Win7 x64. Just cleared history and all cookies.

Still works here. Latest Chrome w/ AdBlock Plus. Windows 7 x64 fully up to date.

You don't have any Chrome plugins that might be causing the issue?

Maybe it's not auto-updating.

Or maybe you scrolled up, in that case, it doesn't scroll down automatically when you post a message, so you have to manually scroll down to see what you posted.

Nah, I tried scrolling and it wasn't that I couldn't see the text, it was never there. When the chat worked again I could scroll up and see my text was never received.  Thanks though.
