You know your game is crap when people don't even bother pirating it.

And I'm downloading it right now. I guess I'll have to wait from a patch, dough. I've been out of the ps3 hack scene for a good while.

there's a new cfw that's just as easy to install as 3.55 . upgrade so you don't have to bother with eboot patches: http://www.tortuga-cove.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=127

Thanks. I've updated via USB with Rogero CFW 4.30 v2.03 and it's working great, so far.

Latest one is 4.30 v2.05.

Also, there's apparently a bug early on in the game, nothing too serious, but probably worth keeping in mind and not saving during that quest.

awesome game btw, would recommend it to everyone, even if it's obviously targeted at younger audiences.

Can someone explain how to install the Clandestine release on 4.31cfw (Rogero)?
I have the .pkg files and the .rap file, and I installed some app on my PS3 but I'm unclear on how to process the whole thing to sign the game.
The BD-Rips are way simpler, just FTP and play...
I'll keep pratce

Love it too, even if I'm not a fan of the fighting engine. It just looks amazing, and the gaming world provides the most fun I've had with a traditional RPG since Eternal Sonata.

i've been out of the loop since forever. do i need to buy some sort of dongle to use this cracked firmware? also will my ps3 become banned if i use this? i specifically have been using my xbox for bootlegs and my ps3 for online games.

it's 4:20, do you know where your bong is?

You likely can't use the firmware at this point because you've upgraded to play online
The only way you're going to do it is if your PS3 was originally on firmware 3.55 or below.
If it was then you can downgrade (need a dongle to do this) to 3.55, then upgrade to Rogero 4.30
You can unban your console pretty easily if you do get banned. Not sure about your PSN acct though

This game is charming in many ways but what really annoys me is the AI (or whatever you want to call it) of your party. I'm in the glittering grotto fighting ice monsters so I set my party up to all have fire familiars. Of course Swaine and Esther go out of their way not to use the fire familiars or their fire attacks.

Even when I set too all attack they won't use the fire attacks. I want to get in and out of these battles I'm grinding in, but I spend longer because of my useless party. In fact most boss battles I just let Swaine and Esther die. I remember when I was at the fairyland there was a tentacle type monster and it released its babies, those daft morons would stand and let the babies surround them.

Really annoying. The music, environments, graphics, story are all fine but the gameplay really needed some work.
