Motorola Razr Maxx

I know this is a gaming forum.  My new employer is getting me a new phone, the Razr Maxx and I was wondering if there are any 'must have' applications or games.  For email, I am syncing with exchange server and gmail.  I'm also interested in any cool games.  Thanks in advance for any advice.

you are a prick dude...  I honestly don't give a fuck about cell phones which is why I've NEVER had a smart phone before, nor would I EVER spend money out of my own pocket for one of them.  The company I work for is providing me with one and paying for it.  All I care about is some recommendations on good applications for the fucking thing and why it is beneficial to root it.  I don't know jack about them which is why I am asking.  If I wanted to try to impress anyone I'd just have your girlfriend tell everyone how big my dick is.  So if you honestly don't have anything nice to say, then bugger off.
