dont like the stock firmware? just install a new one just like you install a new windows on pc..

nothing out of ordinary, the only new thing you will see is a yellow triangle with ! mark when you boot it..

thats only on Samsung.

I also rooted a Sony phone, just needed to unlock the bootloader using a key given by sony...

Rooted HTC one m8, along with custom bootloader..

Also just did a nvidia shield tablet.  Day 1 as soon as I opened it, rooted and custom bootloader...  Stock rom seems really good though...
You know your game is crap when people don't even bother pirating it.

It's interesting - one of the most unique features of my new Jiayu S3 is that it comes with a root on/off switch in the setting menu.  In other words, you can turn on/off superuser rights within the OS itself - no secondary program installation necessary.
