Yep. Windows looks more like a fisher price OS every release. Obviously they want it to be easy enough to use for everyone, but I think its getting more and more patronising to the point where experienced windows users might want to migrate to linux or dare i say it: osx.

i like it. ms is thinking as i am that slates/tablets will take over the desktop market. They are just preparing an interface for this to happen. If you look under it all you will still have the classical desktop that we are use to, just as you still have the classical command (dos) prompt in the current version of windows.

I mean, can't they at least change ie's icon to something fucking cool. If ur gonna have this retarded looking retardedly large square icon based stupid gui, at least have some cool fucking icons for ur proprietary shit to fill that up with. But no, instead we have a huge fucking ugly iexplorer icon taking half the fucking screen, wtf are they smoking don there i dont even no, stupid fucking morons.
