Converting MKV and OGM to AVI?

I have like 20 videos in MKV and OGM format but I want to burn them to a DVD with menus and shit.

the only way I know is burn AVI's with Menus with NERO

but how do I convert MKV and OGM to AVI?

I know theres ways but without downloading tons of programs are there anyones that just do it all?

Just been converting Matroska myself oddly enough. You can essentially treat it like an avi to be honest if you have up to date codecs (latest ffd etc). You can use something like Nerovision to convert it directly to dvd with menus if you want. SVCD2DVD by Badgersoft also does the job just fine.
