Another forum I used to visit had a gigantic picture-thread. The thing that made it work, was a rule that everybody honored. It said that every fucking post MUST include a picture of the poster. And one couldn't use the same picture more than once. This rule severely reduced flaming and other worthless posts. Consider it.
