Good review!

I found the game to be a lot less inspiring then HL2, or in fact Q4.
In FEAR the corridor crawling seems to serve no purpuse - I lost sight of what I was suppsoed to do, other than kill those silly soldiers.

I would have graded it 6 out of 10.

Hmmm.  Wouldn't have said Q4 was particularly 'inspiring' m8.  Pretty standard FPS really.  FEAR has much better AI, and physics too (akthiough I don't like them much - Havok physics seems to give little 'weight' to objects - brush past a waste bin in FEAR and it goes hurtling accross the room!)
