That Dog the Bounty Hunter show is fucking awesome. So addicting that once I start watching the first few seconds of an episode I can't stop until I finish it. Entertaining show.

You can also get streaming P2P TV. Works a bit like Bittorrent where you upload a bit and download at the same time.

Anyway heres the channels and the different applications:

1) SOPCAST - http://www.sopcast.org/download

BBC World News
channel-[V] Music
Cinemax
ESPN
National Geographic
SportItalia
Star Sports

2) CoolStreaming - www.coolstreaming.org

ESPN
HBO
CHANNELV
Plus other asian channels

3) PPLIVE - http://www3.pplive.com/download.aspx

ESPN
National geographic
24 Hour Movie channels
Msuic Channels
Plus alot of asian channels (good ones include, hong kong movies which are subtitled)

Basics
- the more people watching, the better the quality. That's why the quality can suffer at the end of games when people start to leave.
- the pattern usually is buffering -> sound only -> sound and still picture -> sound and bad moving picture -> sound and smooth moving picture. In general, it takes about 5-10 mins to 'warm up', so connect to the stream before the game/movie etc.

I love:

- LOST
- Every late night talk show (The Tonight Show, The Daily Show, The Late Show, The Late Late Show...yeah, I know Carson has a show too)
- Stargate SG1/Atlantis

I haven't seen Prison Break, I didn't know it started...and Invasion looks like it could be cool too.
