a few of those are worth a listen, but most the stuff that is coming out we've heard it all 100 times before. There's nothing exciting coming out anymore.... ohhhh how I wish the 80's quality would return.. I think it will never be like that again. Nowadays we should be happy with 10 decent/good albums in a year tops..

i'm happy with one decent album a year.

The epic 2nd track is phenomenal, but I have to say I'm a little disappointed with the rest... especially when you take in mind it's taken them 8 years to make an album totaling 40-minutes, bit of a joke really!
Between The Buried & Me's is my favourite metal album of the year so far I'd say

That new Cult of Luna is almost all I've listened to since it came out. Ticks every box for me - almost splooged when I heard those 70's synthesizer sounds! I think It's going to be tough for another album to beat it in my 2013 list...

Pallbearer - Sorrow and Extinction is another decent Post-Modern Doom album one that came out at the end of 2012, also Igorrr - Hallelujah is a fucking mental album.
Pallbearer - Foreigner
Igorrr - Absolute Psalm
