In case someone missed it: this kind of game (Victoria, ...) may appeal only to a minority of gamers. Maybe it looks like the Graal for the lovers, but it looks like unfun unplayable trashcan material for the others. It's the first time I encounter video games I can't grasp, although I'm rather the brainy type. Try before you buy !

You should stop playing video games and open an history book
The french army was prepared to be attacked from belgium but most of the french generals believed that it was impossible that the german army could cross the frontieer by the Ardennes.
That's why many french and british soldiers were sieged in Dunkerque, cutted from Paris because of the german army
And by the way, Belgium had time to prepare, but his army was far too small and the blitzkrieg was something it couldn't resist

And stop bitching about the french army and people, that's useless

Didn't you just contradict yourself? They weren't prepared for the attack because they didn't believe it could happen.
I don't see what it has to do with Dunkirk either, they were sieged there because they didn't expect such an attack.
Oh and cutted isn't a word, maybe you should stop bitching at forums and open a dictionary...book?
Also Belgium isn't a person, so army wasn't his.
Want me to go on?:)
French army? What's that? (that's a quote by the way, ever seen We Were Soldiers).

So yeah...what's your point?

Right so less bitching, more europe conquering for me. It's the third time that I get screwed with premature Operation Barbarossa- how the hell did Germans make it work?

Oh and yeah this game is probably not for everyone, but it's just too cool to be ignored. It should and probably will become a classic.

Hitler convinced Stalin that he needs to disarm his army, because armed forces may be a threat to Germany. So when they disarmed their forces, Hitler attacked with all his might.

Hope this helps! :)

The mistakes you point out are typical of French speaking people.

I'm getting into complex text games like Football Manager 2005
