do modchips work on this new version, or can the games be reimaged to work with this new bios?

I neaver heard of a dreamcast modchip other than those differnt Region ones, that let u play multi region games.

sold my dreamcast last week for 200 euro's. along with 237 games, 4 joypads, lightgun and a second dreamcast with a weared out laser 0_0 I'm regretting it already... oh well..

yah I know... but it was collecting dust anyway plus I needed the money to pay my rent.. no one wanted to pay the 500euro I asked for it :@ I've sold my psone to, along with 657 games for 275 euros :s and my sega megadrive with 9 games for 35 euros. only console I have left is my ps2 with 25 games, not gonna sell that for now.
Anyway the dreamcast was the best console I have played

if the orig. question was do burnt games work with games manufactured after this time, the answer is "most of the time"

i've seen a small number of dreamcasts that had issues with burnt games that were manufactured later, but i've also seen more manufactured later that worked fine reading burnt games

why would you buy the region modchip?
