Forum Rules

1. Things you are prohibited from talking/doing about here are the following:

1. No posting release filenames.
2. No posting links to copyrighted mp3s.
3. No requesting mp3s (an old and obvious rule; you request, you get banned).

This is a forum purely for music discussions, any threads which go against any of the above rules will be either deleted or closed, and if a user will repeatedly start threads that explicitly break any of the rules, that user will be banned.

One more thing, do not post shit like "this thread sucks because it's about <insert a genre you don't like here>", or "this thread sucks because it's about <insert band you don't like here>", and so forth.

2. Things you allowed to talk/do about here are the following:

1. Talk about music in general (favorite artist, favorite music, favorite genre, genre lists, etc).
2. Name-that-song stuff. But, do not start a new thread when you have a name-that-song inquiry, you can use this thread for that.
4. You can promote yours or others non-copyrighted tunes and websites, no corporate related shit unless it's parodic.

Okay boys and girls, we're changing the rules in here a little to allow more discussion with less restrictions.
From here on in you CAN discuss releases, post release names, discuss mp3 scene type issues, etc.

The obvious rules still apply though:
- No posting release filenames.
- No posting links to illegal mp3s. (Free promos on websites and original works are allowed)
- No requesting mp3s (an old and obvious rule; you request, you get banned).

We still ask that you keep the thread shitting or the "That band sucks balls" down to a minimum. Basically if someone posts a thread about a new release/album, don't jump in there to say how much you hate that band, just move on.
