Unreal Tournament was badass but I think it was probably Delta Force, truly a kickass franchise at one point.

Console wise, I remember linking two systems together to play Doom.

I played NFL2k on dialup.... Didn't work out too well.

Didn't try online gaming again until the PS3 with World at War.

Original Counter-Strike for me, first and last.

Loved it so much I never wanted to play it, or anything else multiplayer for a good while after.
