Do you have a picture from a CRT screen so we can compare? I'm just wondering what's the difference. I just know that my LCD gives way better colors than my CRT, but I never really compared an image from a CRT to an LCD.

Older quality monitors can run games in higher res than your crappy 19 inch ergoscreen, why should anyone even get a flat screen 19 inch when you can have the same size with higher res for a much better price if you buy CRT, big deal if takes 50cm table space.

Semmel0r you are a fucking moron, I didnt think I had to even mention that a monitor is NOT the direct result of the pictures, but a big part of them, but I guess you are soo fucking stupid every single thing has to be explained to you.
So I will, this once, I hope you can how to read correctly you scab.
My old CRT did not have a DVI connection, so I was missing lots of the detail you see in those pics, when I got an LCD (WHICH HAD THE DVI INPUT) I started seeing lots of detail I havent seen before, which made me say LCD+DVI.
I never tried to imply anything other then that, so next time try to thing, you shit for brains.

I still think you misunderstood here.
If I were to take for example a camcorder and film an HDTV movie being played on it, its going to be limited to what its being viewed through, in this case its going to look totally normal because the quality is reduced because its been filmed by something lower res.
In this case you want us to look at some pictures of a game that any computer can make (gfx card dependant). meaning we can just run the game and see the exact same thing.
As for LCD monitors im sticking with my 19" CRT, this thing is damn amazing. My g/f wanted to get an LCD because of space/size etc but no matter how hard we looked we couldnt find anything near the CRT im using now. In fact although LCD monitors have taken a huge leap in the last few years I still think that they have a long way to go before I'd even consider switching. |

And if you took pics with a camera there are so many factors here that really made impossible to tell the difference.
